The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the injection molding industry in search of a Project Manager to join their team! The Project Manager will work under the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for managing new product implantation into the manufacturing facility to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery to customers. Title: Project Manager
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full-time in office, Mon - Fri
Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Manage new product introduction with defined scope, criteria for success, schedule, financial impacts, risks, and plant readiness.
- Conduct proactive and comprehensive risk management to ensure risks are identified, and communicated and mitigation plans are implemented.
- Collaborate with Operations, Tooling, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation of new products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Project Management
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- 15-25% travel.
