JOB SUMMARY

As the Hebrew On-Site Quality Control Reviewer, you are responsible for reviewing the work completed on-site to ensure it meets the quality standards set forth by the client. Your reliability and attention to detail plays a key role in ensuring our team's quality and compliance.

This position is project-based and part-time (8-12 hours per week, 1-2 weeks per month). The nature of the role is ongoing and project-based. The workload is dependent on project needs.


RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Review completed work, citing all issues as they pertain to the quality of the work.
  • Create and report daily quality logs to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager
  • Maintain clear understanding of the clients guidelines and quality expectations
  • Direct project related questions to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager
  • Report violations of security clean room policies, reporting violations to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager
  • Suggest opportunities for improvements to On-site Team Auditor / OPS Auditing manager


SKILLS:

  • Native-level proficiency in the specified language
  • Knowledge of grammar and writing system/s associated with the specified language
  • Knowledge of colloquialisms, grammar, and linguistic idiosyncrasies unique to the specified language
  • Ability to identify patterns of commonality and concerns
  • Navigate situations effectively with professionalism and ease
  • Ability to learn and adapt to our clients style guide and written domain conventions
  • Strong research skills for accurate spelling of names, locations, and products
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Thoughtful communication among all levels, offering clear and timely feedback
  • Precise attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Maintain continuous knowledge of client and industry clean room standards
  • 50 WPM typing speed preferred
  • Proficient on PC and Google Suite


REQUIREMENTS:

  • US work authorization (the company cannot provide sponsorship)
  • Able to commute to our office
  • 18+ years of age
  • Fluent in Hebrew (you will be asked to take a language assessment)
  • Ability to understand a wide variety of Hebrew-speaking accents
  • Must have previous professional experience working in the specified language
  • Strongly preferred, formal education at the secondary level in the specified language
  • Preferred, formal education at the post-secondary level in the specified language
  • Preferred, Masters or Ph.D. studies in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or in the specified language
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID, or the ability to provide medical or religious documentation for exemption
