Senior Family Law Attorney (Remote or Hybrid in Greater Los Angeles)
Responsibilities:
- Complete strategy meetings with clients at the inception of representation by the firm;
- Advise clients on their legal options in determining the course of litigation and/or settlement;
- Review and respond to correspondence from clients and opposing counsel;
- Prepare trial briefs for clients.
- Prepare case strategy and case strategy team oversight while giving direction on all complex cases, including cases set for long cause hearings;
- Represent clients in litigation at various hearings;
- Sit first chair in Trials, as needed;
Requirements:
- Licensed by the California State Bar;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in family law is required;
- Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) Preferred;
- Extensive experience in high-net-worth divorce;
- Courtroom experience, completed trial advocacy class/programs, and/or participated in trial competitions;
- Strong legal research and writing skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations;
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;

The Zhou Law Group provides legal services on family issues relating to divorce, same-sex divorce, child custody, child support, spousal alimony, property division, domestic violence, and prenuptial & postnuptial agreements.
