Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the projectCoordinate with necessary team membersDevelop and monitor project metricsParticipate in project coordination meetingsConduct project site visits if applicablePerform other duties as neededQualifications

Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control, and project reportsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh proficiency with Microsoft ExcelAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPreferred QualificationsDegree in Construction or engineeringCertifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CSTAbility to interpret construction schedulesWhy HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
