Graphic Artist
Are you a self-starter who likes diversity across print, digital, and video media? Our open position requires an energetic and creative individual that enjoys a fast pace and a lot of variety in their workday. You must have a solid knowledge of multimedia creation and be adept working in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Experience with digital content such as websites, social media, online advertising and email campaigns is also required, along with basic knowledge of HTML5, Adobe Acrobat DC and web-development software.

WHAT WE WILL ASK YOU TO DO:
- Collaborate closely with the other two members of the marketing team including the VP of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Create PDF proofs to be used in review process and make revisions as indicated. Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production. Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners. Inspect final proofs for accuracy.
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for printing of brochures, direct mail, and other company communications. Requires knowledge of US mail standards and requirements.
- Image retouching/resizing, create clipping paths, and other image manipulation. Requires in-depth knowledge of Photoshop.
- Prepare images for website, online and mobile applications including taking still and on-site photographs/video. Properly edit, label and store files for future projects.
- Produce in-depth product manuals from files provided by engineering.
- Assist the sales team in marketing products and services.
- Assist in trade show exhibition and company event planning, promotion, and execution.
- Create a development timeline to ensure projects are completed on time. Requires utilizing a project management software such as Monday or similar for planning.
- Stay up to date with new production techniques and trends through research and education conducted online or in person.
- Conduct inventory of literature, apparel, and premiums related to sales and marketing utilizing excel spreadsheets.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Recent experience in graphic design, print production and visual arts.
- Bachelor's degree in design or closely related field with relevant coursework.
- Portfolio of print and digital experience demonstrating clear knowledge of graphic design and production.
- Proficient in creating print, digital, and video content in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Cloud especially Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Strong at building relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and expediently to meet deadlines.
