TSCG, a privately held commercial real estate company, is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer & Public Relations Communications Assistant with a versatile skillset to join our Marketing team in a multifaceted role. You will play a pivotal role in developing visually compelling marketing materials and support communications strategies, enhancing our brand visibility and market presence. You will also collaborate closely with our Marketing and Public Relations teams to execute projects promoting our properties and services effectively.

This dual role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and public relations efforts, driving our brand's growth and impact in the industry. This position is in Atlanta, Georgia in the Cobb Galleria Office Park. This is an in-office position.

Since 1984, our retail real estate platform has provided a full assortment of advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and financial institutions throughout our territory. Our work on their behalf is dedicated to the validation of those descriptions. With 21 offices throughout the eastern U.S., we are the largest firm in our field in the United States.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Exposure in graphic design and marketing, and public relations related to this role is preferred; including internships, part-time job, etc.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research tools/software.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, design aesthetics, market research methodologies, public relations strategies, and media relations from a marketing perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing, storytelling, and presentation abilities to build relationships with media contacts, clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, creative solutions, and compelling content.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a keen eye for design aesthetics, brand consistency, and public image.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design work, marketing communications campaigns, public relations initiatives, and market research projects.
Key Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
  • Design visually compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, presentations, and promotional materials that align with our brand identity and effectively showcase property features to attract potential investors.
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including website, email newsletters, and other channels, to engage stakeholders, promote company initiatives, and highlight property offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effective communication of key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize industry-leading software tools to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance visibility on digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Create impactful property marketing collateral, campaigns, and pitch materials that engage investors, drive interest, and support successful transactions.
  • Research relevant data to produce content for marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis from a marketing perspective to identify market trends, competitor insights, market opportunities, demographic data, industry benchmarks, and investor preferences that inform strategic decision-making and marketing campaigns for investment properties.
  • Contribute to content creation efforts, including blog posts, social media updates, and website.
  • Support the company's public relations initiatives by assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies, managing media relations, pitching ideas/stories, and coordinating communications materials.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure press coverage and enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Assist in organizing and executing meetings & events, such as speaking engagements, media briefings, and media outlet events, to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and industry presence.
  • Monitor and compile reports for analysis and analyze PR and advertising metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing media lists, and tracking PR activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate events, support overall marketing objectives and business growth, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
