Environmental Project Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager who has experience in environmental and ecological services. Applicants must be able to develop and maintain client relationships while managing projects from initial client contact to delivery of proposed services.
Job Type: Full-time- HYBRID (flexible hours) Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
-Generate and develop projects with new and existing clients;
-Ability to write proposals, client follow up, and manage billing files;
-Ability to lead field operations such as performing wetland delineations and ecological studies;
-Oversee and prepare summary reports including the required mapping exhibits in accordance with state and federal methodology (ie Corps of Engineers, Ohio EPA, Ohio DOT); and
-Provide guidance and lead support for staff Environmental Scientist regarding various environmental and ecological topics.
Qualifications.
-Project management and client development experience. 8-10 years experience preferred
-Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or similar discipline.
-Wetland Delineation training.
-Experience with state approved qualitative assessment methodology (ie ORAM, QHEI, HHEI).
-Experience in AutoCAD and/or GIS systems.
-Knowledge of local flora and fauna.
-Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
-Experience in performing Ohio DOT environmental studies.
-Experience in Section 404 and 401 permitting experience.
