Full Charge Bookkeeper
Job Details
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Manage Accounting Department staff of 4.
Ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded and that financial statements are accurate and timely.
Maintain internal controls.
Prepare and analyze financial reports (Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheets), including budgets and monthly and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements. Understanding of tax implications and liabilities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and maintain relationship with banking partners.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting
Five or more years of applicable Accounting related work experience
Advanced accounting skills, internal control experience, problem solving, decision making, communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks online and QuickBooks desktop.
Have worked with other WMS or ERP programs, EDI (SPS Commerce) or similar experience required.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills are keys to success on our finance team.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
