Aveshka is seeking an experienced
Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM SaaS technologies and agile methodology. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and managing the Salesforce project team, ensuring the team follows the process and best practices of the agile methodology, eliminating stoppers to guarantee project success, and driving the outcomes of the Scrum Team's work. The project involves modernizing the DSLR CoAg Lifecycle systems by integrating and unifying 11 mission-critical business processes into a unified DSLR Salesforce CRM platform.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and adherence to the DSLR Information Technology Roadmap and its objectivesLead and manage the Salesforce project teamEnsure the team follows the process and best practices of the agile methodologyEliminate stoppers to guarantee project successDrive the outcomes of the Scrum Team's workIdentify and mitigate project risksDesign, develop, maintain, and implement automated tools and technologies to allow an agile deploymentDesign software architectures, environment management, and provisioningCommunicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team membersParticipate in designing the software architectures, environment management, and provisioningParticipate in release/readiness/demosWrite and execute test cases from the requirementsResponsible for creating the training strategyIdentify training needs accordingly and maps out development plans for teams and individuals using an operational Change Management approachRequirementsEducation:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certificationExperience:5+ years of experience in Salesforce and CRM SaaS technologies3+ years of experience in Scrum Master roleExperience in managing and leading Salesforce project teams.Knowledge of integrated CoAg Lifecycle in a unified DSLR platform.Past experience in similar projects (modernize Lifecycle systems to meet business and technology needs as well as Data Modernization InitiativesExperience in Salesforce and CRM SaaS technologiesStrong understanding of agile methodology and experience in Scrum Master roleExperience in managing and leading Salesforce project teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to identify and mitigate project risksExperience in designing, developing, maintaining, and implementing automated tools and technologies to allow an agile deploymentExperience in designing software architectures, environment management, and provisioningAbility to establish DevOps capabilitiesDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of integrated CoAg Lifecycles or other CDC business processesAbout Aveshka:Aveshka is a professional services firm focused on addressing our nation s most complex threats and challenges.
