This Commercial General Contractor, are looking for a driven and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead up their projects across the Louisiana area, with occasional travel across the the South-Eastern States!
Responsibilities of the Construction Superintendent:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Qualifications of the Construction Superintendent:
- Strong knowledge of Retail (Walmart, Family Dollar, Kroger) Construction Processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
