We are seeking a Feed Supply Associate for our Research Models and Services site located in Kingston, NY.
The Feed Supply Associate will package feed for autoclaving and distribution to North American RMS sites.
This is a permanent opportunity with benefits and a $1,000 sign on bonus.
Salary: $16/hour
The following 40 hour work week shifts are available:
Monday-Thursday 1:30 pm - 11:00 pm (10% shift differential) and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Monday-Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive inventory; package feed, autoclave, and distribute to areas according to schedule or direction. Operate hand fork-lift truck to move materials as needed. Prepare materials for autoclaving with appropriate documentation (according to SOPs). Perform general housekeeping duties and follow all safety procedures. Responsible for proper handling and distribution of autoclaved diet. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) No experience required, we will train.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6-12 months or related experience or training. Forklift license.
