Position Overview:

Regal Nissan is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and guidance throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair process. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide accurate information about recommended services.

Clearly communicate repair estimates, timelines, and any additional services to customers.

Coordinate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs.

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions.

Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.

Familiarity with dealership service software is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive technology is a bonus.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
