Clear Behavioral Health (formerly Clear Recovery Center) operates a renowned Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in addition to our in-person services, catering to clients across Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in providing support to adolescents and adults grappling with mood and anxiety disorders, substance use and addiction, self-harm, attachment issues, and burnout. Our dedicated team of experts delivers holistic, individualized, and evidence-based mental health treatment through a dynamic and therapeutic environment. Our services encompass outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization/day treatment, residential treatment, and inpatient detox.


We are seeking:

A committed therapist to join our expanding team for our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position requires the therapist to come into the office and meet with clients virtually. We are looking for someone passionate about making a tangible difference in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the mental health field, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy. They should excel both independently and within a team, delivering holistic, patient-centered care.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and devise tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Lead comprehensive evaluations and provide diagnostic summaries.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions, educational workshops, and meetings as outlined in the program.
  • Embrace a multidisciplinary approach in collaborative treatment planning.
  • Supervise treatment services for the designated client caseload, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
  • Actively participate in in-service training sessions and supervisory meetings to foster professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
  • Hold a Master s degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and leading psychotherapy groups.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatments.
  • Proficiency in assessing suicidality and implementing safety planning measures.
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Associate starting pay: $30/hr for fresh grads. Pay increases depending on hours accumulated,licensure, and experience.
  • Supervision hours are provided.
  • Eligible for benefits beginning the 1st of the following month after being hired.

Hours: Monday to Friday (12:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
