REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Associate degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in the IT or Security industry
  • Effective communication, sound judgement, and keen sense of observation
  • Familiarity with primary IT help desk functions
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Reliable transportation for traveling between sites daily
  • Competence using a hand radio (walkie talkie) and mobile phone
