Responsibilities
As a Casino Controller, your duties will include
- Administering and supervising all casino accounting functions.
- Analyzing financial statements and preparing reports for management staff and regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring all accounting procedures and reporting conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Adhering to all Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations.
- Conducting revenue audits and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Working closely with the casino management team to develop financial strategies and plans.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should possess the following
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Casino Controller or in a similar role.
- Experience in casino revenue auditing.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP, Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
