Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably with 5+ years of experience in commercial ground construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
