About the Role:
As our Event Operations Manager or Senior Events Operations Manager (DOE), you'll be the architect of success, responsible for crafting and executing flawless client programs and events amidst the stunning backdrop of Aspen, CO. From building strong relationships with key stakeholders to overseeing every aspect of event operations, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled experiences. What We're Looking For:
- Destination Management Expertise: Bring your experience in project management, coupled with a minimum of three to five years in event or hospitality operations.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful connections with clients, partners, and suppliers, showcasing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred, but we value a combination of education and experience.
- Tech Savvy: Excel in modern technology, including Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your work. Salesforce is a plus but not required.
