Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning and business development within the designated territory. Your responsibilities include lead generation, prioritizing opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve medication management and adherence in diverse care facilities.

  • Achieve lead generation goals and key performance indicator targets (KPIs) within designated regions, prioritizing opportunities based on profitability and customer timelines.
  • Generate leads through networking, web inquiries, onsite visits, appointments, and cold calling, creating a positive first impression of DosePacker's services and solutions.
  • Actively participate in pipeline reviews and discussions with the direct manager and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess new business opportunities, contributing to the achievement of annual pharmacy revenue goals.
  • Identify potential business openings through facility visits, sales calls, referrals, and effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, addressing the needs of assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Work closely with leadership to finalize contracts and facilitate the onboarding of new accounts, coordinating with the pharmacy team upon securing service commitments from clients.
  • Utilize market insights to develop strategic territory plans, executing them efficiently, managing time effectively, and targeting high-potential prospective customers.
  • Partner with the local pharmacy team to retain and strengthen the customer base, providing ongoing support and value through products and services.
  • Collaborate with other pharmacy team members to identify leads and address customer service concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to administrative procedures for sales, contracting, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Successfully complete sales training, incorporating sales processes and procedures, such as pre-call planning, into daily practice.
  • Participate in local, state, and national industry trade shows.
  • Perform other assigned tasks in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state laws while upholding professional standards.


Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience, working as a pharmacy technician within a LTC or Closed Door Pharmacy, or equivalent sales experience calling on assisted living, skilled nursing or selling other healthcare or medical products/services
  • 0-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background
  • Demonstrated experience in serving or selling to the Long Term Care industry
  • Proven expertise in B2B Cold Calling and Outside Sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory up to 70%
  • Results-oriented mindset with adaptability and proficiency in utilizing technology
  • Organized with excellent communication skills.
