Business Development Representative

This full-time permanent position is for our Indianapolis location. The Business Development Representative will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will leverage your exceptional communication and networking skills to establish relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively promote our products or services. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong passion for sales and business development.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business development opportunities.
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via various channels, including phone calls, emails, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about changes in the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, sales account executive, or similar role.
  • Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of business development representative experience.
  • a bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Time Management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in Salesforce.com preferred.
