Overview

Empire Office is currently seeking an Architectural Products Salesperson in our New York and Atlanta offices. This role will work closely with Executive Management to identify and develop strategic business goals and drive profitability for Architectural Products. This individual will oversee and manage the sales for their respective market and be responsible for liaising with internal departments to foster a positive work environment.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the sales growth strategy and profitability for Architectural Products
  • Lead strategy and execution on high priority projects, as identified by Executive Management
  • Maintain and utilize A&D relationships to influence key sales opportunities
  • Work in conjunction with internal Sales teams on strategic wall opportunities
  • Maintain Sales opportunities within our CRM system and participate in monthly forecast
  • Participate in creating and maintaining partnerships with key Architectural Product Manufacturers
  • Update clients on new Architectural Product offerings and market trends
  • Actively support and promote all divisions under one Empire Office brand (i.e., Fabricate, Blueprint, Architectural Walls, Move Divisions)
  • Act as a liaison between the Architectural Products team and enterprise wide departments and functions to maintain a collaborative work environment


Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications
  • AAS Degree or better
  • Construction knowledge
  • Previous Furniture dealership+
  • Previous Architect agency+
  • Experience with reading Floor Plans/Drawing
  • Database experience: NetSuite, Salesforce, Team Design
  • MS Office, Excel advanced level
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD
  • Knowledge of CET Design
  • Detail oriented
  • Successful track record of projects
  • Multitasking
