**Description**

**Essential Functions**

* Acknowledge and engage with each customer visiting the Store and treat them as if they were guests in your home at all times

* Deliver the PIRCH experience, educating customers about possibilities and products

* Schedule and maintain dream room appointments and availability on a daily basis

* Connect customers with appropriate PIRCH team members

* Thoroughly cleans all entry door glass, handles, office areas, desk surfaces after each scheduled appointment

* Spot cleans all partition glass/windows, e.g., dream rooms

* Cleans all countertops and surfaces, sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in dream rooms

* Monitor the boutique floor to actively engage guests

* Assist guests with the purchase of boutique items

* Prepare hot and cold drink offerings as well as serve sweet and savory food and beverages for all sales needs, as requested by Store leadership and Sales Consultants

* Clean and manage all work areas, floors, utensils, equipment, service and seating while adhering to safe food-handling procedures and sanitation practices

* Diligently follow required safety procedures

* Coordinates and schedules with events and formal dining in the showroom

* Orders, receives and maintains stock to run espresso bar

* Other project and support needs as assigned

**Experience**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required

* Training in food service, preparation and guest services preferred

* State Food Handlers card required

* Experience coordinating mid to large-size events preferred

**Supervisory Responsibility**

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Work Environment**

This job operates both in a professional showroom and outside at customers locations, events and other venues including construction sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and tablets, computer programs, smartphones, and photocopiers.

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role requires the ability to stand up and walk around a 20,000+ ft2 retail store for long periods of time. Bending or lifting up to 25 lbs. as necessary.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**

Team member must be available during the Showrooms hours when assigned for store coverage and typically scheduled to work 40 hours a week. (Must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Team Member is required to clock all hours worked, including the start and end of the work day and meal periods.
