Xtek Partners is looking for experienced people to join our growing Access Control team! This dedicated, hard-working person will be traveling -- mostly within Ohio to primarily install door access control and intrusion detection systems. In addition to access control and intrusion detection systems. This person will also be capable of installing video surveillance systems, AV systems, PA systems, and low voltage infrastructure such as fiber optic and copper data.
A flexible schedule is necessary to work out-of-town for several days which may also include overnight stays.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience with the installation of door access control and intrusion detection systems.
* Experience installing electric strikes, electric locksets, and exit devices.
* Understanding of basic low-voltage electrical principles including relay logic, voltage drop, and current.
* Work well with and provide your own Hand Tools (Crimper, Basic Tool Kit)
* Must be willing to work Swing Shifts and occasionally Out of Town
* Able to climb a ladder
* Able to lift 25lbs
* Able to work well with others
* Must be punctual and reliable
* Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License
* Pass Drug Test and Background Check
