JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Graphic Designer
FYI is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work closely with the Operations, CX & BD teams to create an amazing client experience. Duties include creating and communicating concepts, implementing strategies, building/maintaining designs and developing projects that align with branded templates and guidelines. In this role you will work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and clients to provide cutting edge designs and solutions.
We work in small teams to solve problems, come up with solutions, and support one another. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing company. This role must be able to commute to and work in person in our office in Hollywood, CA.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Create digital projects to represent FYI branding and creative standards.
- Create marketing assets and document templates that follow our company brand guidelines
- Create visual content for our platform such as illustrations, animations, photography or other digital artwork.
- Design pitch decks, presentations, signage, and other company assets as needed
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Support other members of the Design team on projects
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 3-4 years of design experience.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Design Portfolio, must include sample of campaign work, print work, websites & decks.
- Strong experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Suite.
- Excellent verbal, communication & organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work with a high sense of urgency.
- Takes initiative and self-direction.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibility and growth as the company expands.
- Range: $65k-$75k
