*3-6 month contract
*On-site in Houston and potential travel required to other sites
Field Tech Technical Requirements:
- Experienced supporting and trouble shooting Windows 10 environment.
- Experienced supporting and trouble shooting Microsoft 365 suite of products
- Experiences supporting SCCM or Autopilot preferred but not required.
- Experience installing Print Logix and 4UPrint
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Excellent customer service and people skills, both remote and in-person
- Ability to travel to 3-4 locations up to 5 business days including weekends.
