We are looking for a Implementation Analyst to join our growing team to help us to continue to deliver on our unrivaled commitment to our customers' success.
Responsibilities
- Support the end to end implementation of Icertis product implementations, ensuring successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Support requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with the product and engineering teams.
- Execute and manage QA and testing during the implementation lifecycle.
- Perform system configuration, testing and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
- Contribute to internal product delivery capability development within the MPC Service Delivery team
- Support a team of Service Delivery team leads and Icertis Solution Architects across multiple product implementation engagements.
- Support system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
- Providing subject matter expertise on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology, specifically Icertis.
Qualifications
- 1 - 5 years experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on CLM, S2P and P2P applications
- 1 - 5 years of consulting experience and/or forward-facing customer experience preferred
- Prior experience implementing Icertis
- Extremely strong client management skills and be able to collaboratively work with customers on technology implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the customer organization
- Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration
- Business Process Experience with a focus in the supplier enablement space and an analytical mindset and approach for solving problems
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks and customers, while meeting client deadlines
- A curious mind constantly seeking out new knowledge and specialist skills outside your own area of expertise, as appropriate to the project and/or technology (Technical Curiosity and Aptitude)
