We re a recruiting services firm based in Chicago, IL building out our Indianapolis Team, that provides creative solutions to companies that need to find, attract, hire, and retain talented people.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're adding a Technical Recruiter to join our growing troop of experts. You will report to a Manager on Objective Paradigm s Fintech Desk in the Indianapolis office. Through hands-on training with experienced team members, you will learn how to qualify and place highly sought-after professionals in the Fintech industry, high-growth tech and Crypto/Web3 space.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Supports various client requirements with a focus on the most urgent needs
- Constant outreach to talent for open positions and general relationship-building
- Source, qualify, and recruit candidates for direct hire opportunities with an elite client base that spans across several verticals
- Attend networking events
- Learn how to identify new opportunities
- Develop the art of working a recruiting call into a Sales lead. Become skilled at turning recruiting calls into information-gathering sessions and new opportunities
YOUR CREDS
- 1+ yrs of experience in sales or technology-related role
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations
- High competitive drive to succeed
- Detail oriented
- Resilience to handle adversity
- Adept at using email, phone and texting as means of communication
- Bachelor s degree in STEAM field or Business preferred
