Maintenance Technician
Fives Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:
Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility.
Ability to use hand, air, and electric hand tools; operate forklifts, small cranes and mechanical hoists as needed
Conduct product training for the customer and dealer technicians to insure competency.
Evaluate and assist with warranty claims
Work with Product Engineering to develop solutions to operational problems in the field
Assist personnel in the field with documentation, report of labor, work orders and inspections
Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers regarding the diagnosis and repair problems experienced in the field
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Education
Technical certification, preferably in mechanical/electrical or related field, highly preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
Preference will be given to Veterans and those with advanced technical training and/or specific equipment experience.
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in heavy industrial equipment mechanical or electrical troubleshooting and equipment repairs including, Motors, Controls, PLC electronic control (Allen Bradley or Siemens S7), hydraulic and pneumatic systems and structural systems.
Must be able to reach blueprints and schematic drawings
Must feel comfortable and able to work safely at elevated heights.
Should possess a technical aptitude for heavy equipment; some knowledge of engineering is a plus.
