**Primary job duties include:**
* Provide professional, efficient valet services to residents and guests.
* Help with packages, carts, etc., including the delivery of packages to residents units.
* Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles, maintain proper key and security controls.
* Assist residents and guests with vehicles as needed, i.e. assisting with battery charger, contacting AAA.
* Assess vehicles for damage or maintenance issues.
* Provide security patrols of interior and exterior areas and ensure security protocols are followed.
* Be familiar with the facilitys emergency procedures and assist in emergency drills and issues.
* Provide support to concierge staff as needed, including answering calls, delivering mail, packages, prescriptions, etc.
* Take work orders; in absence of maintenance staff, investigate work order requests and contact on-call maintenance if needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Required education/experience:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License with a safe driving record.
* Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service.
* Previous Valet experience preferred.
