SAMH Creative Services began in 2011, offering arts programmes on a monthly basis, and subsequently expanded to include sports and music. Many of our activities are open to the public to encourage awareness and reduce stigma for persons with mental illness.Job DescriptionAs a senior team lead, you will be overseeing the outreach and programme specialist team and ensure that the work is aligned with our vision and mission. You will play a key role in helming centre operations, strategic plan, business development and stakeholders engagement. The team s functions include project management, programme development, research and evaluation. You will also have opportunities to serve and interact with a wide range of clients to improve their mental wellbeing.Responsibilities:OperationsManage day-to-day operations, including administrative oversightDevelop and implement operational systems and service flowsEnsure budget compliance, manage KPIs and financial reportsOrganize and manage events as part of our strategy in alignement with SAMH s Vision and MissionUndertake supervision and performance appraisalBusiness development and stakeholder engagementCollaborate with internal stakeholder for service delivery and excellencSeek and increase funding source for sustainable service development and continuityFoster relationships with external agencies for continual engagementIdentify and analyze future trends and historical data.Develop a strategic plan/roadmap for SAMH Creative Services, integrating services within a wellness centerCascade strategic directions through team huddles, providing timely progress reports.Plan and review staff requirements, career progression, andIdentify, define and implement assessment and measurement toolsOthersRepresent SAMH at suitable engagement and network platformsPromote a healthy and cohesive working culture within the teamPerform any other duties assignedRequirementsRelevant degree in business administration or arts management5-8 years managerial/supervisory experience, strategic work, resource management, project management or events managementDirect work or business development experience in the social service sector is an advantageSkills and CompetenciesProficient in Microsoft Office; able to operate digital system, Canva and social media platforms is an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work across all disciplines and sectorsStrong analytical, leadership and planning skillsBlk 139 Potong PasirAvenue 3, #01-136Singapore 350139
