**Club Benefits Concepts (CBC)** is a leading sales company that focuses primarily on Costco Wholesale. For about 20 years, we have been representing leading food brands and food manufacturers in the marketplace.

Our San Diego office offers a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere full of hard-working individuals. We work with vendors and manufacturers of food products to help sell their items to club-level retail stores.

We are searching for a team member who aligns with our culture and values to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. **What You Will Do:**

As the Client Success Representative, youll be expected to consistently meet your overall goal to help our vendors grow their businesses as well as support the sales team and internal staff. You must be a motivated individual with high levels of autonomy, multi-tasking and organizational skills. You must also have the ability to recognize opportunities and add value every step of the way.

**Your Duties Will Include:**

* Tracking and entering purchase orders in our database

* Coordinating and communicating supply chain challenges with food manufacture and customer

* Making sales forecast and tracking national promotions

* Working with vendor logistics team to ensure products deliver on time and in full to customer

* Directing communication with vendors, Costco, and outside sales teams to help facilitate sales delivery of new items to Costco

* Running sales reports

* Utilizing of Access, Excel, and other Microsoft software

**You Should Have:**

* Clear and concise, college-level communication skills (Phone and Email)

* 50 wpm+ typing and 10-key

* Business-level experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, Access)

* Understanding of intermediate-level math concepts (algebra, statistics) with the ability to apply to business models to project sales growth, vendor production capacity, and order tracking

* Ability to work on simultaneous tasks at once while showing priority to projects or tasks with immediate known or implied deadlines

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to follow directions and apply what you learn to new tasks.

* Independent and autonomous mindset

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Commitment to learning about Costcos Business

* Accurate data entry skills. Ability to recognize and fix mistakes (even if they are not your own) in an effort to better our team and service

* Positive and motivated to work and learn every day

* Previous Customer Service experience desired
