We are seeking a Systems Architect to support operations in North America.
The successful candidate can work in our Sacramento office or work remotely if approved.
What you ll do:
Research and recommend new technology solutions to meet business goals and objectivesResearch impactful technologies, processes, and policies to understand technology design decisionsScope and interview all departments to improve collaboration of technologies throughout teamsManage and create structure and reports in SalesforceManage and create structure and reports in ProcoreManage and create structure and reports in SharePointDetermine hardware and software specifications for the system being designedReview existing systems and improve and update themCreate workflows and instructions for best practices and usageDevelop models to show how users will interact with the systema and how data is stored and processedUnderstand system compliance internally and with industry standards and regulationsManage technical risksCommunicate with stakeholdersSupport and collaborate with corporate IT teamMentor and support internal IT resourcesMaintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust and customer focus.Perform other duties as assigned.
What you ll bring:
5+ years of experience managing and designing technology systemsBachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related degree preferredTechnical understanding of solar PV energy installationsKnowledge of renewable standards and policiesProficiency in standard management tools for scheduling, budget management, etc.Experience in Salesforce, Procore, and/or SharePointCapability to independently manage and grow a division in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated organization and analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions.Ability to handle multiple projects in an organized and accurate mannerAbility to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
Physical Demands:
Sit at a desk 6-8 hours per day performing tasks on a computerRequires minimal physical effort with periods of walking, standing with some light lifting of filesMinimal bending, stooping or reachingOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Working Conditions:

Salary range:
$90,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year based on experience
