If you have a desire to perform cutting-edge research, hardware design, and engineering for advanced embedded applications, apply today!Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to generate designs for RF, Network, Digital, Power, and Mixed Signal applicationsDesign quick-turn printed circuit boards (PCBs) using CAD tools that meet mission requirements for size, power consumption, and capabilitiesResearch and develop solutions for productization including I/O, power, casing, and other considerations. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, testers, and other disciplines to rapidly develop fieldable products.Identify and coordinate manufacturing with appropriate contract board and assembly housesPerform quality assurance and documentation of completed layouts and drawings for clarity, completeness, and conformity to standards, procedures, and specificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of electrical engineering experience designing PCBs including experience with multi-layer boards, SMT, RF, high-speed digital design (i.e. FPGAs), and high-density design.Experience with design tools such as Altium and KiCadKnowledge and familiarity with concepts related to signal integrity, RF impedance, and EMIUnderstanding of PCB manufacturing and experience quoting and working with contract fabrication and assembly vendorsDemonstrated experience in using Git or equivalent code version control softwareComfort with soldering and assembly for prototype or test devicesNice to haves:Experience in the cybersecurity domainClearance Requirements:Active US Security clearance of Secret level with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI#LI-ZS1#LI-ONSITELooking for other great opportunities?
