Sprint has partnered with 2020 Companies to offer cutting-edge wireless phones and service in your neighborhood. As a result, we need Full Time Entry-Level Retail Representatives. While retail experience is preferred, it's not necessary; we will train you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a total sales solution to retail customers regarding their wireless/mobility needs
- Provide features and benefits of the latest wireless technology, accessories and service plans
- Maximize customer connections; saving them money, personalizing the their experience, protecting their investment
- Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Client brand
- Meet or exceed key performance objectives that include sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Make certain accurate customer account set-up so they are ready to use when leaving the store
- Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues
- Complete all courses in your curriculum path with the required times frames
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures
