Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting the PlanStreet case management software by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on multiple platforms. Additional responsibilities will include planning and execution of national, regional, and local conference events, managing campaigns, creating and distributing email newsletters, updating our website, and contributing to the development of marketing materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on our marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the creation of video scripts that align with our overall digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Handle video production tasks, such as software screen recording, voice-over, audio mixing, and sound enhancements.
  • Ensure proper tagging, description, classification, and captioning of all video content.
  • Optimize videos for SEO to drive traffic and track relevant analytics data to gauge the performance of each video/video series.
  • Stay up to date with the latest video production trends and video marketing best practices.
  • Perform detailed competitor analysis to identify gaps in their video marketing strategies that we can capitalize on
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of national, regional, and local conference events, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
  • Support campaign management efforts, including brainstorming ideas, creating content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and send out engaging email newsletters to our customer base, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to update and maintain our website content, including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Assist with the creation and updates of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Video Production, Digital Marketing, or a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Video Production, or a similar field
  • Exceptional attention to detail, superb prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Superior knowledge of video shooting and editing and different filming styles and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Expertise in video filming and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud programs, or similar tools.
