- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Clarify department and individual expectations
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary
- Enforce company policies
- Develop and communicate department goals
- Provide progress updates to higher-level staff
Requirements:
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with 300+ locations globally and 150,000+ users
- Strong background in security technical operations
- Previous experience in security operations management
- Excellent people management skills
