Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for a Property Casualty Customer Service Representative for our Commercial Lines team in Greensboro, NC.
The Property Casualty Customer Service Representative will deliver day-to-day client support by building successful relationships and providing exceptional service.
WHAT YOU LL DO:
- Support commercial clients by responding to policy and coverage questions
- Handle commercial renewals, service needs, and customer escalations
- Issue policy endorsement requests, COI s and Auto ID s
- Process payments and billing questions
WHAT YOU LL NEED:
- Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain, required
- 2+ years of CSR insurance experience
- AMS360 experience, is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of Property & Casualty lines of insurance coverage, is a plus
