Property Management System Installer Remote contract opportunity
- Functional understanding and ability to work through process to complete on-boarding.
- Analyze data, guide hotelier to proper steps to ensure balancing on new system
- Creates and maintains documentation for end users and/or vendor.
- Apply product knowledge to assist hotel in migration to the Property Management System.
- Understanding of configuration, setup and processing of data between PMS and CRS.
- Enhances systems, processes, and policies by evaluating current design and recommending modifications.
- Identifies problems and revises procedures.
- Analyzes complex systems and business processes and recommends innovative solutions.
- Supports end users by writing and maintaining documentation, providing consultative support and training as needed.
- Creates and maintains documentation, materials and tools.
- Assists in user training and support.
- May act as project manager for small projects as assigned. Protects the Company by handling business sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in Hotel Operations or PMS vendor on-boarding/support.
Education
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
