Responsibilities:

  • and assist managing vendor relations, performance evaluations, and contracts to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • comprehensive documentation, processes, and procedures related to vendor support activities.
  • support metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and implement corrective actions for enhanced service delivery and efficiency.
  • evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligning with strategic needs and goals.
  • a systematic approach to vendor bidding, including bid package creation, solicitation, and evaluation against criteria.
  • vendor bids for compliance, cost-effectiveness, and value, providing recommendations for selection.
  • regular assessments to identify gaps in the vendor pool and ensure access to diverse and capable vendors.
  • vendor contracts for compliance, service levels, and regulatory requirements.
  • between vendors and service teams to resolve discrepancies and issues.
  • and present operational efficiency reports as required.
  • with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • to security protocols and training, maintaining alignment with company policies.
  • other duties as assigned to support company mission, values, and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a detail-oriented and proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Basic understanding of service vendors and procurement processes.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Airtable experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Travel:

  • 5%-20%

Work Location and Status:

  • Full time, Remote position
  • No visa/legal sponsorship

Compensation:

  • Compensation commensurate with experience

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $50,000 - $70,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
