ICOOL USA is looking for an eager and talented Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling products to new and current customers, as well as support existing customers and growing our client base.
*Must be based in Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making initial calls (Cold Calling) to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Regularly visit customers and maintain relations.
- Find new customers in the Alabama area.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
- Upselling products and services.
- Explaining product features of products and services and staying on top of changes and improvements.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous HVAC Sales experience, strongly preferred
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
