The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing leadership to a multi-site territory. We're seeking someone who is strategic, has prior P&L management experience and has strong relationship building skills and a servant leadership approach. You must be comfortable working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We re seeking a leader who is a culture champion.
Compensation will be highly competitive and will include a meaningful base salary, performance bonus, and equity. The ideal candidate will be located in IN, OH or MI and will be willing to travel regularly.
