Job Details
The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
Responsibilities
- Strong Background In Concrete Construction
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Send, receive, correct & modify project documents
Coordinate and maintain vendor & supplier database records
Providing On site daily project supervision
Reviewing submittals & specifications
Communication with designer, owner, and subcontractors to foster strong relationships
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities; strong management skills.
Developing/managing project lookahead schedule (manpower and construction schedules) and reviewing master schedule
Maintaining Subcontractor relationships and performance
Maintaining quality control and safety standards
Utilizing field management software s (Field Reports/Submittals/Observations)
Material procurement and monitoring deliveries to jobsites
Basic estimating & take offs
Attend Pre-bid/bid meetings
Coordinate with upper level management
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in construction area.
- Strong project management and communications skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
