Qualifications for the Mortgage Loan Originator/Officer:
- Must hold an active NMLS license or be in the process of obtaining
- Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of mortgage sales experience or general sales experience
- Candidates must reside in the tri-state area (NJ, NY or CT) for this position
- Possess a positive, upbeat attitude who can communicate well with his or her potential clients
- No cold calling is necessary
