Job Description
These positions are for full-time employees (3), for revenue development through sales activity primarily targeting the travel trade throughout the Midwest, Florida, DC and Texas areas - SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THESE AREAS.
This includes both implementing business strategies to maximize revenues from existing accounts and "new business development", applying consultative selling skills. Accounts will include a mix of current travel industry customers and strategically important prospects. Responsibilities include in-person and telephone sales calls, contract negotiations, participation in weekly conference calls & periodic team and client meetings, detailed reporting on sales activities in salesforce, joint sales calls with clients, partnering with marketing team on promotional activities, attending industry events, compiling market intelligence, providing input and recommendations on sales policies and collaborating with other team members toward the fulfillment of goals. The position is supported by inside sales & marketing staff.
