Territory Manager


Job Details

This is a Territory Manager position with a growing startup company in the tissues space. You will be selling products used for venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, trauma wounds, partial and full thickness wounds, diabetic ulcers, podiatric wound dehiscence, and atypical wounds.


Job Description:

  • Educate physicians on the company's products, benefits to hospitals for use of the company's products, correct placement and technique, and ease of use with products.
  • Closely work with the commercial teams with the purpose of obtaining successful results for patients, surgeons, and hospitals
  • Explain and communicate complex clinical data for the purpose of assisting surgeons in correct product selection based on patient's symptoms and co-morbidities
  • Ensure short-term and long-term revenue objectives are met through development of business plans within the assigned territory
  • Actively participate in regional and national team meetings and calls, sharing best practices with colleagues


Compensation and Benefits:

  • $75,000-$110,000 base salary + variable; total OTE Year 1 $180k-$210k+
  • 10% uncapped commissions

Qualifications:

  • Established relationships and experience selling to Surgeons specialized in Wound Care, Wound Care Centers, Burn Centers required
  • MUST be located and living within Orlando area
  • Experience handling or selling tissue biologics or wound care products is required
  • Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory (Orlando)
