Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the development of design concepts, focusing on innovation and creativity while aligning with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Take on a significant role in project management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing design tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Produce detailed and accurate construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation, meeting regulatory and code requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their goals, presenting design proposals, and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project success.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of design and documentation, conducting regular reviews and revisions as necessary.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure design integrity during the construction phase.
  • Stay current with architectural design software and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and efficiency.


Required knowledge/skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership. communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and exceed client expectations simultaneously.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
  • Medical: Fully Paid Health Premiums; Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD and HSA
  • Holidays: 8 Company Paid Holidays
