Full-Time Remote Inside Account Executive (US)

Role:

You will lead as our front line of communication with our current and potential new members, highlighting our membership and training opportunities.


Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and enrolling new providers into our membership and training programs while exceeding your monthly quota. Our marketing team provides a steady stream of inbound leads to compliment your outbound prospecting efforts.


Your activities in closing sales will include assisting in processing payments, assisting refund requests, and transitioning providers to the client success teams as needed.


  • Managing: You will be required to manage your book of business and exceed your monthly quota each month.
  • Communication: Attending to and logging all data for all leads via chat, email, and outbound/ incoming calls.
  • Enrolling: Processing payments online and scheduling attendees into courses.
  • Nurturing: You will be required to utilize your pipeline of leads who did not enroll on the first call and move them to closed won.
  • Exceed monthly individual, team, and department sales numbers.


Requirements:

This is an inside remote sales position


  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years, Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, High Ticket and High Volume Sales Experience (Preferred)
  • Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent Sales Experience
  • Technology: Ability to work in a remote environment. High-Speed Internet Connection, Previous knowledge of working in a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Five9 dialer, etc.)
