Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at High Property Management located in Cedar Rapids, IA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, leasing, and financial management. The Property Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field - minimum of 2 years
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with property management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (optional)
