You will report to a team of solution architects and Solution Directors globally and manage a team of Solution consultants. This is a fully Remote work. #LI-Remote Primary Responsibilities: + Help lead pursuit teams in the development of sales pursuit strategy (defining client business challenge and the corresponding sales and solution strategy) + Lead a group of Solution Architects in designing, costing, and documenting of end-to-end CX Solutions aligned to our customers needs. + Identify the best-fit blend of strategy, technology, and talent to bring the best CX solutions value to the client and to the company. + Develop and lead teams in the construction of transformation business cases and creative commercial models that allow both clients and the company to achieve innovation, service, and financial goals. + Provide leadership to pursuit teams in the use of creative communication mechanisms beyond the basics of standard/traditional methods often associated with MS Office work products. + Help develop solutions/sales-based work product, such as RFP responses, presentations, etc. + Be an internal subject matter expert (SME), and when needed, client facing external SME, on key topics in the Customer Experience & Technology Services space, including traditional offerings, analytics, and technology offerings, as well as trends in the customer experience industry. + Support team members leading, as well as sometimes leading oneself, the preparation and participating in, either remotely or directly on-site, a variety of client facing activities, such as presentations, site visits, due diligence sessions, etc. + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts on the Solutions team + Be a positive, enthusiastic team member and role model for others on the team Candidate Profile: + Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field from a four-year college or university + 7+ years experience, with 4-6 years of progressive management experience, preferred + 4+ years in an advanced contact/engagement center/BPO, customer care analytics and technology practitioner role, solutions, consulting, or equivalent + Ability to analyze complex challenges and solutions + Understanding of contact/engagement center solutioning and associated financials. Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices.
