We are seeking an independent, motivated, flexible, individual with strong recruiting and leadership skills, and excellent customer service. A strong background in the light industrial staffing industry is a huge plus! This position is onsite at a major manufacturing plant in Charleston, WV representing Partners Personnel.
If you live in or near Charleston, WV, we offer:
- Up to $55,000 annually, depending on experience

- Shift: Typically work week is Monday - Friday with the possibility of Saturdays - Hours must be flexible to cover all three shifts
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- High volume light industrial recruiting experience,
- Oversee up to a 120-130 associates,
- Daily reports management,
- Managing KPIs,
- Weekly time clock and attendance management,
- Daily walk-throughs,
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
- Troubleshooting associate needs,
- Attending meetings with management.
What we need from you:
- Recruiting experience (required)
- High volume, light industrial staffing/recruiting experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred
- Understand this is NOT a remote position
