At our client's Customer Success & Services (CSS) team, our mission is to protect customers business processes by assuring performance from their mission-critical technology. Whether through rapid repair and replacement, Managed Services that oversee asset use and health, freeing IT and Operations resources, or giving insights to improve business operations, we keep customers doing what they do best. We provide repair service and technical support for millions of client's devices in the field.



As a Sales SME and Advocate in the Managed Services Organization, you will oversee critical customers who are close to deciding to move forward on a product.



Responsibilities:

  • This position will be responsible for ten to twenty top customers who are close to deciding to purchase or move into a demo or pilot with a customer
  • Support demos and pilots with these top customers
  • Advocate these customers so they get what they need from all internal groups
  • Update management and sales teams on progress with customers and any roadblocks
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, and document customer requirements and issues
  • Works collaboratively with other functional leaders to close customer deals
  • Ability to work independently across hardware teams, software engineers, marketing, and sales specialists to learn and explain products



Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in Sales, BDM, or Sales Support
  • Strong ability to learn and explain products to customers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Customer Success, Customer Adoption, and Customer Service values/orientation
  • Strong professional work behaviors (attendance, collaboration, time management, follow-through)
  • Demonstrates good judgment in decision-making; applies knowledge and experience to guide decisions
  • Strong business acumen/industry knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar)

  • Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree preferred


Rate $50-$60 per hour W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
